Homemade Granola
  1. Preheat oven to 325f.
  2. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl, starting with the dry ingredients and adding wet ingredients last.
  3. When thoroughly mixed, place on a large parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Cook in a pre-warmed oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway. You’ll know your granola is ready when it’s lightly browned and some parts have clumped together. We love ours mixed into homemade yogurt with fresh berries a drizzle of maple syrup!

Feel free to make this recipe yours. Try a different kind of nut (Pecans would be amazing! So would almonds or walnuts!) or play with the oat/millet ratio. Add dried fruit! Think of your cereal bowl as your oyster. <3
